STATION XV, a Multimedia Series Coming Soon to New York City, Announces Official Cast

Coming soon to New York City, STATION XV, by producer Michael Smilek, KM, invites viewers to explore the beauty of their everyday relationships.

New York, NY – October 20, 2025 – STATION XV completes its official cast. The multimedia series maps the artistic iconography of the Stations of the Cross onto the life and writings of Dante Alighieri, depicting his relationships with his first love, best friend, and family members. STATION XV opens on that fateful day when Dante first saw Beatrice Portinari and closes on Dante’s beatific vision as depicted in the Divine Comedy.

Beatrice Portinari, Dante’s muse and a salvific figure, will be portrayed by Gianna Rose in her debut. Beatrice’s mother Cilia will be portrayed by Claire Tyers, known for her work on FX’s Search Party. Beatrice’s friend Vanna will be portrayed by Emma Iannuzzi from The Songs of Rankin/Bass at 54 Below. Gemma Donati, the woman who married Dante and became a nun after his exile, will be portrayed by Emily Martinez in her debut, and Manetto Portinari, Beatrice’s brother and friend of Dante, will be portrayed by Andrew Krautheim of Stag & Lion Theatre Company. Saint Bernard will be portrayed by Logan Dean, who recently starred off-Broadway in Father Anonymous. Erin Mairead O’Kane, DM, a Papal Dame who received the Ordo pro Merito Melitensi for her charitable contributions to a summer camp for adults with disabilities, will portray Dante’s mother Bella.

Michael Richard Smilek, KM, a Papal Knight who coordinates a mission in New York serving formerly incarcerated men and their families, recently produced the historical drama Father Anonymous off-Broadway at New York City’s AMT Theater and will now produce STATION XV. A model who opened the men’s collection at Nabys Vielman’s NYFW SS25 and SS26 shows, he will also portray Dante.

Dr. Charles Firestone East, a Dante scholar who wrote his Columbia University doctoral dissertation on the Poet’s philosophy and won Columbia’s Presidential Teaching Award, will write and translate text. Emma Iannuzzi, Dr. East, and Rachel Minot will be assistant directors, and Helen Hopersky will provide localization. Crystal Firestone Dent will scribe, and Diana Dembitska and Kateryna Koval will edit imagery. Eva Hui, a medieval-style illuminatrix who has created art for Dior and Burberry, will provide illuminations. Couture designer Nabys Vielman will supply the additional wardrobe.

The series features wings custom-made by Marian Hose of Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show fame.
