KARINA RUBLEVA SETS MILAN ABLAZE: HOW HER “INSTADIUM” DECOR CAPTIVATED 5,000 GUESTS AND WON THE “VISUAL BREAKTHROUGH” AWARD
Karina Rubleva is a name that has long been synonymous with true visual marvels in the world of event design. Now, her extraordinary talent has been officially recognized on the international stage: at the prestigious REVerance Awards in Milan, Karina was honored with the “Visual Breakthrough” award for the decor of the industry’s largest project — “Instadium.” This spectacular event attracted 5,000 guests and became the undeniable visual magnet of the evening.
What makes this achievement even more remarkable is the fierce international competition — participants hailed from more than ten countries, and only four laureates were selected from Russia. This distinction places Karina among the brightest stars in her field, acknowledged and celebrated as one of the very best.
Over seven years in the industry, Karina has crafted unforgettable designs for giants such as Tinkoff, Sberbank, TNT, STS, Red Wings, Yandex, and Norilsk Nickel. From the Pushkin Ball to the Getaward ceremony, her projects are always remembered for their originality and atmosphere. Yet, it was “Instadium” that marked her true triumph — every element of the decor told its own story, weaving a magical experience around the guests.
Karina herself describes her role as more than just a decorator — she sees herself as a magician who transforms spaces into living fairy tales. “My mission is to make every project feel like a waking dream: vivid, unexpected, and unforgettable,” she shares.
And these are not mere words — her work genuinely makes hearts beat faster and creates an atmosphere guests want to return to again and again. Karina embraces challenging, unconventional tasks, and her creativity and professionalism inspire hundreds of clients and colleagues alike.
The “Visual Breakthrough” award is a well-deserved recognition of Karina’s unique vision of decor. Her success proves that Russian creatives can set new trends and conquer international heights, turning any event into a true masterpiece.
“Honestly, I didn’t even expect my application to be considered,” Karina admits. “I’m always immersed in work and rarely have time to promote my projects. True professionals are constantly busy perfecting every detail to ensure the client’s satisfaction. I’m immensely grateful to my team, who support me wholeheartedly — it’s thanks to them that my work and portfolio received international recognition. As usual, I didn’t manage to fly out to the award ceremony because I was deep in work, but the results speak for themselves.”
